- Develop innovative and impactful B2B and B2C marketing strategies that align with both internal brands and client objectives, driving business growth and achieving specific goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to develop creative strategies for marketing campaigns across various platforms and brands.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns (including but not limited to: product launches and promotions, brand launches, influencer marketing campaigns, email campaigns, social media campaigns, brand activations, paid media campaigns, event marketing, and sponsored campaigns).
- Develop ideas and concepts grounded in strategic insight. You must have knowledge of distribution channels and platform-specific best practices. Emphasize strategic perspectives during the creative development and incorporate emerging trends and innovative formats into our projects.
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned. You'll function as a strategic resource for the social media team, providing support across various initiatives as required.
- Project manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
- Operate super cross-functionally: you'll be working across marketing, video operations, sales, management, talent partner, clients and many other functions of the business. You'll provide insights & inputs that will improve the overall user experience.
- Create routine analytics reports on engagement, reach, and conversion and other relevant metrics.
- Curate, schedule and manage content for use across Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook for sponsored posts with brands.
- Create marketing decks, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed. Craft your writing with purpose, precision, and style, covering everything from creative pitches and to scripts and comprehensive guides. Present your ideas and viewpoints with confidence and passion.
- Manage and communicate project timelines and deliverables for large marketing campaigns
- Manage the various members of the marketing team by providing constructive feedback, mentorship, and industry training.
- Delegate tasks and manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets as well as conduct quarterly performance reviews with team members.
- Conduct training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Experience working in the content or agency marketing space
