Neo4j is the leading graph database management system, revolutionizing the way organizations leverage connected data. We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Go-To-Market Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team.
This role is pivotal in shaping and executing successful Go-To-Market strategies, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns that drive adoption and growth for Neo4j's solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Sales &
Marketing Plan Development:
Develop and oversee integrated sales and marketing campaign plans for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel lead generation, collaborating with the Marketing Ops team to analyze and continuously iterate for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads for Neo4j Graph and Analytics products.
Product Launch and Disclosure Planning :
Own the product launch and disclosure calendar, working closely with product management and the technical product marketing team to execute message development, sales enablement, and marketing collateral creation.
Market and Customer Research:
Conduct buyer research to deeply understand the economic and technical buyers for use in sales and marketing plans.
Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market trends to inform technical product marketing teams on product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Conduct win-loss analysis for Graph Database and Analytics products to inform improvements in sales and marketing content and create sales enablement content.
Web Design and content strategy
Manage the overall web content experience, including creating content editorial calendar for Neo4j product and use cases web pages, in collaboration with web and content team
Develop web templates and collaborate with technical product marketing teams to generate engaging and conversion-focused content
Evaluate the effectiveness of conversation and engagement on the web, devising content strategies for continuous refinement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (5-7 years) in business consulting or, product strategy product marketing, Go-To-Market strategy development, and campaign management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools.
