- 8+ years of experience with systems engineering of DoD system
- 3+ years of experience with performing systems engineering, integration, or testing of DoD or Government Agency information systems or applications
- Experience with system architecture, design, requirements analysis, interface definition, verification and validation, or trade study design
- Knowledge of the system development life cycle
- Knowledge of Agile systems development
- Ability to write technical documentation and create design artifacts
- Ability to develop and document effective processes
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics field
- Experience with systems utilizing Cloud based infrastructure
- Experience in leading engineering teams
- Experience using model-based systems engineering methods and tools
- Experience using or managing Marine Corps C4I Systems
- Ability to analyze customer capabilities and develop requirements
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Agile Certification
- INCOSE ASEP Certification
- ASEP, OCSMP, A+, Network+, Security+ CE, CCENT, MCTS, or MCITP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
