- Hold weekly production/sales meetings to discuss past and upcoming jobs.
- Hold weekly sales meetings and one on ones to discuss projects, questions and team collaborations
- Ride-a-longs with the team as needed to see where they have gaps that you can help them fill
- Recruiting new Relationship Managers to keep the funnel full of prospects to add to your team
- Create and maintain reports to show statistics to your team and leadership
- Run commission every month

We are looking for something with experience in the roofing industry who can lead, motivate and hold accountable a sales team of approximately 5-7 people. Extremely customer focused with great communication skills and professional appearance. We believe in doing the right thing the first time, always with a customer is first mentality We don't do things because that's the way it's always been done, we do it right and go a step above and want to Change the Game
In this role you will report to the President of MDR - Sarasota.
