Job Summary:

We are seeking a corporate level Administrator who oversees Inventory Control for a Manufactured Home Property Management Company in Bradenton, Florida.

As an Administrator and Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels for new and used homes.

Will oversee all inventory home sales and brokered deals. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new and used inventory home sales. Logistics tracking and expense summaries.
• Enter and analyze inventory data and generate reports using the program, Manage America.
• Process requisitions for used home rehabs and demos.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Navigate invoicing programs, such as Quickbooks and Avid.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Focus on prioritizing duties and have excellent time management skills.

Compensation awarded according to expertise and experience.

From $50,000.00 per year
