Digital Marketing Manager

Reports To:
VP Sales and Marketing


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads and sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and engaging digital content across various platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in data analysis to drive decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving environment.
