    A commercial GC client of ours is looking for a seasoned Project Manager out of Northern Virginia.

    Approximately 80% of their Executive Leadership team began their careers in entry-level positions as Assistant Project Managers or in similar roles.

    Lead and manage commercial interior projects from inception to completion.
    Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
    Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure project success.
    Monitor and report project progress and budget adherence.
    Proactively identify and resolve project issues and challenges.
    Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and innovation on-site.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial interiors projects ($500,000 - $15 million).
    Proficiency in project management software and tools.
