    As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the budget management and schedule coordination of interior construction projects 5M+.

    Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Some days will take longer than others, but they are not managing everyone's calendars hour by hour.

    My client is a prestigious, award-winning commercial General Contractor seeking a talented Project Manager to join a great team and contribute to the continued success.

    Lead and manage multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including forecasting and tracking project costs, resources, and timelines.

    Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, subcontractor management, scheduling, site coordination, and quality control.

    Provide proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.

    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

    Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

    Mentor and support project team members, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Staff, to foster professional growth and development.

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, with a focus on interior, tenant fit-out, or commercial office projects.

    Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, materials, and building codes related to interior construction.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
    Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Prolog, or similar tools.
    PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications preferred.
    Knowledge of the DC metro area market and local regulations is a plus.
