    **Medical - Front Desk**

    Lansdale, PA / ~ Partner Practices ~ Partner Practices / Partner Practice **Medical Front Desk**

    We are a large and busy well-established family practice with three locations seeking an experienced full-time member of our clerical team.

    Checking in and checking out patients with a friendly demeanor

    Schedule appointments in our EMR - NextGen

    Answer telephones in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner

    Knowledge of and verifying insurances

    Good communication skills

    Enter charges as patient is leaving, as well as during down time.

    Electronic chart filing

    Verifying demographics, making any updates as needed

    Collect and post co-pays and patient payments

    Issuing referrals through various websites such as NaviNet

    Able to work one evening a week and occasional weekends.

    **Qualifications**

    Exceptional customer service skills

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    High level of organization skills

    NaviNet and EMR experience preferred.

    Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. Please note this position is posted on behalf of our partner practices.
