    Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant:


    Bright, energetic, detail-oriented, person that can multitask. Busy Chiropractic office looking for a motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and likes to help people. Good pay and opportunities. Must be organized, a self starter and motivated to learn. We are looking to hire a reliable and dependable individual to join our team immediately.

    Requirements: looking for an individual that values patient care and customer service, team player, strong interpersonal skills and excellent work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Performing general office duties such as maintaining records, management of database system and reports
    • Making sure patients complete necessary paperwork
    • Weekly scheduling of appointments.
    • Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information
    • Managing inventory
    • Performing and assisting with therapeutic modalities with training
    • Keeps patients informed of wait times and manages visit expectations
    • Communicates patient concerns and needs to the physician
    • Assists in routine clerical functions such as filing of medical information in patient's records, locating and compiling department charts, obtaining medical records from other providers.
    • Taking a proactive role to increase office productivity and efficiency
    Qualifications Required:
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
    • Prior experience in either a physician office, outpatient clinic or other healthcare setting is welcomed.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in writing and email
    • Ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters
    • One or more years of demonstrated customer service experience
    Strong communication skills to relate to physicians, patients and other office staff
