- Maintains accurate financial records by recording and verifying financial transactions in accordance with established procedures and accounting principles.
- Reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Supports general office duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrates an entry-level understanding of accounting principles and seeks opportunities for professional development and growth in the accounting field.
- Takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieves results with little oversight.
- Collaborates with other members of the team to ensure that department goals and deadlines are met on time.
