    Position Summary

    Business Banking Relationship Managers play a crucial role in assisting our business clients in reaching their financial objectives. Their core focus is on supporting our business clients to realize their aspirations and desired lifestyles. As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will have access to a wide range of products and solutions to better serve the needs of your business clients both now and in the future.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust
    - Identify and address clients' banking requirements
    - Gather and process client and account details
    - Educate clients on available financial products and services
    - Recommend tailored financial solutions based on individual client goals and needs
    - Serve as the primary advisor for business clients, nurturing new and existing relationships
    - Provide expert financial guidance and client-focused solutions to establish enduring partnerships

    Minimum Requirements
    - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    - Seven or more years of relevant experience

    Desired Skills/Experience

    - Previous experience in Commercial & Industrial banking
    - Background in Developer & Investor Commercial Real Estate
    - Track record of successfully acquiring new business and cultivating Centers of Influence (COIs)
    - Experience with operating companies with revenues up to $25MM
    - Strong skills in relationship management and business development
    - Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving
    - Understanding of credit administration, analysis, and policies
    - Familiarity with cash flow management and commercial credit underwriting
    - Knowledge of basic financial accounting and analysis
    - Comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to identify sales opportunities
    - Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments to manage client relationships
    - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities
    - Business acumen with insights into various industries, markets, and financial concepts

    Location:
    This role offers a hybrid work schedule, involving a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.

    The salary range indicated is based on the primary location stated first. Actual compensation may vary depending on the specific location of the role. Besides salary, U.S. Bank offers a range of benefits, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, 401(k) contributions, and pension plans (eligibility criteria apply). Pay Range: $105,000 - $123,000 - $136,180.00

    Job postings typically stay open for about 20 days from the listed date; however, closures may occur earlier if the position becomes unnecessary due to business needs. In areas with high applicant volumes, e.g., customer service, contact center roles, and Financial Crimes investigations, postings stay open for approximately 5 days following the listed date.
