    Kids Club/Front Desk Attendant **Kids Club/Front Desk Attendant**

    **Gym**

    The Kids Club/Front Desk Attendant is a well-rounded individual that will ensure guests and members have a welcoming experience at Armstrong Fitness. **Responsibilities:**

    Greets each member and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the gym.

    Keeps Front Desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).

    Answers questions and addresses initial complaints.

    Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.

    Assists existing and prospective members regarding their individual membership needs.

    Provides membership and program information in an accurate and courteous manner.

    Provides security and control to the front door area of the facility.

    Logs all maintenance concerns that are reported.

    Works when scheduled and adheres to company attendance policies.

    Maintains inventory for all Food & Beverage and supplement items.

    Assists members and encourages their involvement in our fitness programs.

    **Requirements:**

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Must be at least 18 years or older

    Strong communication and people skills

    Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

    Problem-solving skills

    Ability to communication effectively with both staff and members is critical.

    Understanding of basic cash handling procedures is required.

    Functional computer skills are required.

    Ability to multi-task is very helpful to successfully perform duties.

    Must be assertive, enthusiastic & punctual

    **Pay/Schedule:**

    Hourly

    Mon/Wed 4:00pm-8:00pm

    Saturdays (rotating open/close) 6:30am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-7:15pm
