As a Material Coordinator on Flukes PCAL team, you are the leading point-of-contact for the material store ensuring uninterrupted production in the manufacturing cells. You will own and set-up the replenishment of materials to support the required build rate optimally and efficiently within various cells.
Responsibilities:
Inventory accuracy and ordering materials as setup by the Planner/Buyer
Physically perform and transact cycle counts in Oracle. Reconcile bad counts.
De-trash and present material to the production area ready for optimum use by the operator.
Sustain and improve material presentations in the cells applying FBS tools including Fortive Material System (FMS) and 5S.
Use a pallet jack to move materials between receiving, factory floor and distribution center
Expedite internal material requirements, transferring inventory to multiple locations including MRB.
Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge. Counts, sorts, labels, and packages assembled materials.
Expected to participate in continuous improvement and Lean processes as appropriate
Lead Material planning, policy deployment, and plan execution.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
