    Description

    As a Material Coordinator on Flukes' PCAL team, you are the leading point-of-contact for the material store ensuring uninterrupted production in the manufacturing cells. You will own and set-up the replenishment of materials to support the required build rate optimally and efficiently within various cells.

    Responsibilities:

    · Inventory accuracy and ordering materials as setup by the Planner/Buyer

    · Physically perform and transact cycle counts in Oracle. Reconcile bad counts.

    · De-trash and present material to the production area ready for optimum use by the operator.

    · Sustain and improve material presentations in the cells applying FBS tools including Fortive Material System (FMS) and 5S.

    · Use a pallet jack to move materials between receiving, factory floor and distribution center

    · Expedite internal material requirements, transferring inventory to multiple locations including MRB.

    · Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge. Counts, sorts, labels, and packages assembled materials.

    · Expected to participate in continuous improvement and Lean processes as appropriate

    · Lead Material planning, policy deployment, and plan execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Requires a minimum of 1-2 year of related experience.
    • Experience working in lean, continuous improvement manufacturing environment preferred
    • Prior experience working in material and Kanban execution environments preferred.
    • Experience working with Oracle preferred.

    Everett, WA: The hourly range for this position is $ $30.46

    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
