- Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts using pre-defined SOPs.
- Use proprietary software and ERP systems to virtually transact material (SAP).
- Efficiently move material between sites, both physically and virtually.
- Meet safety, productivity and quality standards by following best practices.
- Suggest improvements to SOPs, including safety procedures.
- Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts), overtime, and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time would be starting between 1:00PM to 2:00PM and ending between 9:30PM to 10:30PM.
- Shift will vary, depending on program needs.
- Flexible working/commuting in between site locations.
- Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds
- Able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Flexibility with daily work location as our warehouses are spread throughout the Puget Sound
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) as well as Slack, Amazon Chime, and reporting softwares
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Experience with Kaizens or other continuous improvement projects

Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
The Kuiper team is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who wants to join our team as a Material Coordinator.
You will also interact with peer teams such as planning, quality, and EHS to ensure our processes result in positive outcomes for these teams.
Key job responsibilitiesOperate equipment including:
pallet jacks and hand carts.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $24.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
