    Purpose:

    The Sr. Sales Learning & Development Specialist develops and implements training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the commercial teams. This individual is responsible for managing and embedding the TDW Sales Academy into the business to drive team member growth and engagement.

    Ensures the commercial team, sales and sales support, are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to excel in their roles. This individual is also responsible for new hire learning paths and metrics to ensure impact of offerings.

    Accountabilities:
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to design, develop and deliver growth opportunities for Professional Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge attainment and "Working within TDW" understanding.
    • Develop engaging and effective training content, including presentations, training manuals, and multimedia materials. Keep content up-to-date with the latest industry trends and sales techniques.
    • Organize and coordinate training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics, scheduling, and communication with participants. Manage training resources and materials.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, delivering content in a clear and impactful manner. Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
    • Gather feedback from participants to continually improve training programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements.
    • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, performance, and outcomes. Generate reports to track the impact of training programs on sales metrics.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative training methodologies. Integrate relevant advancements into the sales training programs.
    Knowledge & Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Significant sales or sales training experience 5-10 years
    • In depth knowledge of the Pipeline and/or Oil & Gas industry 5-10 years
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and various sales software systems including Salesforce.
