YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In just 2 years, you will gain all the knowledge and skills to take the next step in your career in Allianz sales - setting your professional course.

You will start in an Allianz agency to be able to provide our customers with tailored advice - this is how you will learn our core business from the ground up.

Through job shadowing, exciting projects, and our individual career counseling, you will find the exact position that suits you - this is how modern talent management works.

Your personal mentor will accompany you on your journey and support you at all times - this is what we understand as responsibility.

You will advise our customers digitally or on-site - your workplace is flexible.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You convince with a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree and have gained first professional or internship experience. You have personal, social, and methodical soft skills. You are a good listener, act proactively and responsibly, and have a passion for sales.
