    Step into the world of Onfloor Technologies as our new Lead Development Representative - Level 1. As a Lead Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by developing incoming leads with rapid qualification and meticulous nurturing. Every day your goal will be to call all leads within 5 minutes and to book new business appointments. You will nurture all leads that are not reached within 5 minutes.

    Your work is critical to generating new business revenue and helping more flooring installers start their businesses.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Timely Response to Inbound Leads: Serve as the primary point of contact, responding to all leads within five minutes.
    • Lead Engagement: Use phone calls, emails, and texts to collect information and assess the interest levels of leads in Onfloor's offerings. Achieve a lead qualification rate of 60%+ from initial contact.
    • Appointment Scheduling: Secure and confirm business consultation appointments with qualified leads. Book at least two appointments for Business Consultant per day, maintaining a show rate of at least 90%.
    • Lead Qualification: Perform thorough assessments to understand potential customers' needs and suitability. In collaboration with a Business Consultant, at least 50% of appointments booked are won as customers.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales team and customer success team to share insights and ensure smooth transitions of leads into customers.
    • Process Optimization: Regularly refine lead qualification processes based on team feedback and document successful strategies.
    • System Management: Maintain proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot, alongside other sales and marketing tools.
    Key Qualifications:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
    • 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
    • Eager to learn and grow personally and professionally in a fast paced environment.
    • Open to continuously learn new sales skills
    • Willingness to actively innovative sales processes
    • A good attitude is a MUST - we prioritize our employees like family.
    • High level of integrity and an energetic commitment to building a successful company.
    Experience:
    • 1-2+ years of experience working in Hubspot or another CRM.
    • Experience working hands on with equipment
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills. You take pride in your craft.
    • Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment.
    • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite and Apple Product
