- Work collaboratively with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model to provide clinical supervision.
- Ensure quality CCHBC service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice
- Provide clinical supervision and case consultation.
- Develop continuous learning environment.
- Disseminate and ensure fidelity in use of evidence-based practice.
- Develop staff and employees for success and high performance.
- Lead quality performance initiatives.
- Provide and develop ethical guidelines and experiences of staff.
- Work closely with agency programs and leadership to promote communication and staff knowledge and services to clients.
- Participate in agency activities and events, represent the agency internally and externally, and lead with integrity.
- Provide licensure supervision to staff within the program as needed.
- Must have Masters degree in social work/counseling psychology or related field.
- Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
- Must have ability to work with the public, ability to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, ability to maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must obtain and carry cellular phone during working hours.
- Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Requires ability to document activities, write reports, business correspondence and procedure manual.
- Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions from colleagues, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third-party payer personnel.

Director of Clinical Training will work in partnership with others to support the structured inter-disciplinary teams, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide services utilizing evidence based practices.
