Dopo una prima fase di formazione e affiancamento con i consulenti senior di Allos, avrai l'opportunità di svolgere attività di consulenza in ambito learning e di supportare la configurazione di piattaforme LMS (Learning Management System) per il cliente finale, in modo particolare il modulo Learning della Suite SAP SuccessFactors.
Principali compiti e responsabilità
:
Come consulente funzionale andrai a gestire il ridisegno e la definizione dei processi learning delle più grandi multinazionali italiane e straniere clienti di Allos;
Ti occuperai dello sviluppo della soluzione ideale e della configurazione dell'applicativo software scelto dal cliente (suite ad oggi utilizzate: SAP SuccessFactors, Litmos, Workzone, Allos LP 360, ...) diventando esperto delle potenzialità degli applicativi che vanno a supporto dei processi di formazione e sviluppo dei dipendenti in azienda;
Collaborerai con i Consultant con più esperienza per le attività di supporto, testing e produzione documentazione nell'ambito dei software utilizzati per l'applicazione dei processi learning;
Produrrai, in collaborazione con il team, analisi funzionali per progetti di media/grande complessità rivolti a importanti clienti nazionali e internazionali;
Supporterai il commerciale nella attività di pre-sales e demo;
Terrai e saprai gestire workshop di analisi e raccolta requisiti con i clienti;
Collaborerai con colleghi e Project Manager per la redazione del piano di progetto;
Riferirai regolarmente al cliente i progressi di progetto e le eventuali problematiche identificando i rischi e proponendo le eventuali soluzioni.
Competenze e attitudini richieste:
Laurea triennale o magistrale in materie economiche, umanistiche o gestionali;
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese scritto e parlato;
Dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di Excel e strumenti similari per import dati nei sistemi;
Interesse per le tematiche HR (processi, gestione risorse umane, HR Transformation);
Forti capacità organizzative e di comunicazione;
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e ad obiettivi;
Flessibilità, problem solving e forte propensione alla gestione dello stress;
Disponibilità a sporadiche trasferte soprattutto in Italia, se necessarie ai fini dei progetti.
Preferenziale:
Pregressa esperienza lavorativa in ambito consulenziale/formativo;
Conoscenza del modulo Learning della suite SAP SuccessFactors o di altri tools LMS cloud.
