    Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

    Job Description

    Join our growing team as an intermediate level HVAC Service Technician at our Detroit, MI location. We are seeking 2 talented technicians to service a variety of rooftop HVAC units at the Factory Zero plant. This is a 5-year project that involves servicing hundreds of telepacks and airhandlers, with RTUs up to 200 tons. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using state-of-the-art tools and technology. You will prepare for on-site tasks efficiently, manage materials, and coordinate effectively to handle complex situations. You will also contribute to business growth by identifying sales opportunities and coordinating with the team. This role requires meticulous documentation skills, recording all job details, time, and progress. This is a non-union opportunity with direct employment.

    Hard Skills

    • Service and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment
    • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using state-of-the-art tools and technology
    • Prepare for on-site tasks efficiently, manage materials

    Job Type

    This is a permanent position.

    Work Site

    This is a fully on-site position in Detroit, Michigan.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is outdoors on commercial roofs, so comfort with heights is necessary. A company car and golf cart will be provided for on-site use. Flexible start times are available, and the role includes weekly on-call duties. This is a non-union opportunity.
