    Position: NCR Field Service Technician II
    Location: Detroit, MI

    Job Description
    Seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join NCR's dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology and customer service, this role is for you. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our clients, which include major retailers and financial institutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct customer installations and service calls efficiently.
    • Service and maintain electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems.
    • Perform system repairs, overhauls, and troubleshooting.
    • Handle network faults, configurations, security, and remote system access.

    Requirements

    • Experience with servers, mainframes, and imaging software.
    • Certifications such as A+, CompTIA, N+, and proficiency in PC and electronic skills.
    • One to three years of relevant experience.
    • Ability to carry out job functions with or without accommodation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license.
    • Physically capable of handling tools and equipment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
