Description
We are looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our Support Engineering team in the US and Israel. In this role, you will be guiding our customers and partners with your technical and product expertise.Your work will bring us toward industry leading customer focus key performance indicators while building our internal customer feedback operations in this fast moving space.

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide technical and product support to customers and partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our Large Language Model (LLM) solutions
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to Generative AI applications, offering timely and effective resolutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams and implement changes that overhaul the support experience while relaying customer feedback and insights
Proactively engage with customers to offer strategic advice to optimize their use of AI21's stack
Participate in creating training materials and documentation, enhancing customers' understanding and effective use of our products
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Generative AI and LLM technologies to maintain expert-level knowledge and provide cutting-edge support
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team to meet and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Detail- and technical-oriented - able to understand customer's challenges and advise on best practices
Self-starter, capable of thriving in a dynamic, and high-growth startup environment
The pay range for this position is $120K-$180K per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
