Construction Estimator

Great opportunity for an Estimator in the general construction arena Position is full time/permanent with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, and vacation sick. If you are looking to work for a laid back and professional work environment that treats their employees great, please apply if qualified.

5+ years' experience working as an Estimator for a general construction firm.
Experience doing take-offs from on schools, municipal, health care, and retail projects.
Material take offs, cost estimates, and monitor material prices.
Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, and materials.
Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
Estimate change order requests.
Excellent communication and written skills
