We are looking for a Construction Project Manager/estimator for decorative concrete company

The applicant is expected to bring projects in on schedule and on budget and to close new deals based on the leads provided.

You will work closely with the potential customer, the construction foreman and the owner of the company.

In order to do this a good applicant should be able to read plans, do takeoffs, submit proposals, prepare contracts, prepare job schedules, order materials, and manage multiple commercial and residental projects at the same time.

We expect applicants to be self-sufficient, organized, accountable and able to communicate well.

You will coordinate the work from the start of construction to punch-list and job completion.

Position available immediately

Minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

Pay is based on skill level. Benefits available.
