    In the Headquarters Liens & Specialized Collections, with guidance from a Business Taxes Compliance Specialist and under the close supervision of a Business Taxes Administrator I, the incumbent learns to perform a variety of compliance tasks. In a training capacity, provides technical advice, in writing and verbally, in response to memos and telephone calls from field personnel, taxpayers and their representatives, escrow, title and insurance companies, the public at large, and performs other duties commensurate with the position which may be required. Travel may be required up to 5% of the time, which may include overnight.

    Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for full or part-time telework for eligible candidates residing in California.

    Working Conditions

  • Position is located in a high-rise building.
  • Standard office environment.
  • Requires being in a stationary position, consistent with office work, for extended periods of time.
  • Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
  • Must be able to move/transport materials weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
