**Compensation: $16+/hour (depending on prior experience)**
**Work Location: The Garden at Ellera || 12432 Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave, TX 78738**
**Working days: Tuesday - Sunday, PM Shifts Available**

**About The Garden:**
**The Garden at Ellera is truly a space to experience community in a beautiful outdoor setting Gather with friends and family to play games on the lawn, enjoy live music, and engage in seasonal events. Our hope is that you will experience an authentic Boston atmosphere right here in Austin, Texas**
**What Youll Do:**
**Observe and practice all established health and sanitation procedures**
**Ensure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures**
**Ensure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products**
**Working knowledge of all kitchen equipment**
**Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions**
**Use the proper utensils and portions at all times**
**Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized**
**Keep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets**
**Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy**
**Assist with re-stocking of all plate ware and food items as needed**
**Assist other positions when needed**
**Perform all opening and closing procedures according to the current manual**
**May be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift**
**Implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas**
**Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations**
**Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time**
**What were looking for:**
**Must be at least 18 years of age**
**Must have the required licenses, such as, food handlers and TABC**
**Previous experience required**
**Must be able to carry at least 40 lbs.**
**A personable individual, who has a "can do" attitude**
**A self-motivated teammate that thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.**
**Must bring positivity to all shifts**
**Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments**
**Adaptable/flexible, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction**
**Must work well in a team environment**
**Must be punctual, self-motivated, and prepared for shifts**
**Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from shifts**
**Ability to be productive and effective in both busy and slow times**
**Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time**
**Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanliness**
