    Join us as a dynamic Technical Specialist in the Content and Enablement group within the Payment Integrity team. Be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software solutions to revolutionize healthcare data auditing.

    This is a direct contributor technical role with our exclusion management product that requires strong communication skills and a working understanding of basic coding.

    This would include experience querying SQL or HIVE datasets in Access, HUE, Datameer, Power BI, or SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

    Experience with complex business rules languages such as DROOLS in RehHat Decision manager or similar products would be directly applicable to the role.

    Familiarity with Healthcare data and/or SAFe Agile scrum methodology is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Lead and oversee special initiative projects, from product configuration to quality review, ensuring seamless project milestones and application testing. * Collaborate with teams to socialize rule requests, ensuring precision and clarity before implementation. * Actively contribute and collaborate to generate timely project status updates.

    * Authorize complex business rules utilizing Drools within RedHat decision manager; business rule validation utilizing excel and basic query in HUE, PowerBI, and SSMS.

    * Interacts directly with internal stakeholders via calls and meetings, documents meeting notes and action items and follows up accordingly to ensure project objectives remain on task.

    * Gathers new business rule requests from our production partners and works collaboratively with Senior Technical Specialist, Team Leads and Managers to investigate process improvement and product enhancement opportunities.

    * Manages tickets in JIRA in cooperation with engineering partners to ensure timely deployment of business rule instruction sets. * Business rule impact reporting development, distribution, maintenance, and analysis.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
    Minimum 3-4 years Cotiviti experience or equivalent within Healthcare industry.
    Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
    Showcase exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of tackling day-to-day challenges and solving complex problems with precision.
    Process improvement skill set required.
    Excellent oral, written, and technical skills are required.
    Excellent organization skills, with ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills required.
    Proactive, self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work well in a group setting. Must be able to perform daily functions with little supervision.
    Strong technical skills, with proven track-record of working across multiple technology platforms.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Project management software experience, preferred. Base compensation ranges from $68,000 to $80,000.
