    Description
    The Finance Director is a crucial member of the Midway Nissan team in Phoenix, Arizona.

    This individual contributor role is a full-time, salaried position within the Auto industry and is vital to the success of the dealership.

    The Finance Director will lead the team of associates in the finance department, such as sales associates and operational staff.

    The Finance Director will be tasked with ensuring that all finance policy and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

    The Finance Director's duties include helping customers with vehicle financing, certifying loan applications, processing loan documents, and facilitating other finance activities.

    Responsibilities


    • Manage and lead the team of associates in the finance department
    • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service
    • Maintain and update all current finance policies and procedures to ensure they comply with local, state, and federal laws
    • Help customers with vehicle financing by certifying loan applications, verifying salary information, and processing loan documents
    • Work closely with other departments in order to coordinate sourcing and securing financing
    • Keep up to date on all sales and promotions to ensure maximum customer value
    • Prepare reports and documents for review by senior management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department
    Requirements


    • 5+ years of experience in finance and auto sales
    • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to financial services
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other finance software tools
