Lead the overall financial management and oversight of GoTEN, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and compliance.Director of Finance
Director of Finance at GoTEN plays a pivotal role in steering our mission-driven initiatives with financial decisions, ensuring that we effectively serve the unreached as we train and send workers both locally and globally.
As a crucial member of our Executive Team, you will be at the forefront of shaping the financial future of GoTEN, maintaining our fiscal health and allowing us to continue our profound impact on the lives of those we serve.
In this capacity, you'll be responsible for the overall financial management and oversight of GoTEN, from budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and compliance.
You will ensure that all financial systems and processes are in place, supporting our programs and strategic objectives, and allowing for transparency and accountability to our donors, partners, and the communities we serve.
To be successful in this role, you should have a profound understanding of non-profit financial management and a passion for our mission.
Your expertise in financial strategy, coupled with your ability to collaborate with various departments, will be vital in ensuring that GoTEN's resources are utilized effectively and ethically.
An in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for non-profits, as well as a forward-thinking approach to financial planning, is essential.Experience in non-profit financial management is preferred, but what truly matters is your dedication to fiscal responsibility, integrity, and a vision to work in alignment with our values and mission.
