Organization/Organization Description

The Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (ADLCC) is the only organization in Arizona whose sole purpose is to elect Democrats to the State House and Senate.

Timeline:
May 1, 2024 (or when filled) to November 2024

Position/Role:
This role will report to the Finance Director. The pay for this role is $70,000-$80,000/year. This position is located in Arizona, with flexibility on home location between Phoenix metro area or Tucson.

Responsibilities

Train and support in district finance assistants and district managers
Lead a weekly team meeting with all in district finance assistants
Schedule and maintain weekly 1:1s with each in district finance assistant
In coordination with district managers and ADLCC finance director, set weekly goals and develop systems for all aspects of fundraising including call time, events, pledge follow up, digital fundraising, and compliance.
Develop appropriate metrics for reporting back to ADLCC finance director and HQ staff including any challenges to reaching goals.
Identify opportunities to support, encourage, and help staff grow in their roles and in electoral politics
