    Our client is one of the largest diversified suppliers to the foodservice industry. They are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team

    Salary/Hourly Rate:

    $60,000 – $70,000

    Position Overview:

    The Warehouse Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department, including administrative and clerical functions, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment. The Warehouse Supervisor schedules employees and monitors employee activities and equipment use to meet and exceed company objectives.

    Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

    • Ensure products are received, stored and distributed in accordance to established SOPs
    • Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment
    • Ensure the inventory accuracy for all SKUs both physically and digitally
    • Evaluate and improve upon established SOPs ensuring the warehouse is running effectively
    • Direct and supervise warehouse staff effectively utilizing the work force to its highest capability
    • Foster a developmental culture for the staff, providing continuous development for all
    • Manage the FTE for the assigned shift, ensuring the warehouse is staffed properly and within budget
    • Troubleshoot work activities through technical knowledge of WMS system
    • KPI tracking for productivity, safety, quality, and costs

    Qualifications for the Warehouse Supervisor:

    • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is required
    • 3 to 6+ years of experience within Food & Beverage Manufacturing
    • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop personnel and strategically plan for continuous improvement
    • Able to Operate Forklift
    • Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suites
    • Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and other warehouse regulatory policies
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, and up to 80 pounds occasionally

    Education Requirements:

    • Associates degree in a related field is required
