    NEW WAREHOUSE LOCATION: 6714 E North Belt Road, Las Vegas, NV Not on the GPS yet- Navigate to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. From the 15 Freeway exit Speedway/Hollywood. Turn left pass the Motel 6, Then left on Hollywood. Turn left into the new warehouses, look for the building with number

    Hiring full time permanent position. Work hours 7 am to 5pm with overtime and possible weekend work.

    Warehouse Supervisor - Las Vegas Facility

    We seek an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a sharp business mind and a proven track record in overseeing warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, retail/B2B orders, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of goods receiving, storage, and dispatch, as well as leading and supporting the warehouse staff. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of goods.

    Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

    Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas, ensuring accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

    Provide leadership and support to warehouse team members, communicating job expectations and coaching employees.

    Verify associate hours before payroll processing, determine staffing levels, and assign workloads.

    Maintain records of items, including forklift equipment and staff certification, and utilize reports to assess warehouse status.

    Identify areas for improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices.

    Maximize warehouse space appropriately and organize inbound appointments for efficient inventory receiving.

    Partner with the warehouse manager to lead and manage any physical inventory or cycle count requested internally or externally.

    Requirements and Skills:

    Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.

    Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.

    Proficiency in warehouse software packages and MS Office.

    Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data.

    Previous experience in a high-volume fulfillment/distribution center for B2B/Retail/Amazon FBA orders.

    Knowledge of routing guides for retail orders.

    Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    This position will supervise warehouse operations and value-added service (retail order) production team members at the Las Vegas, NV facility.

    Work Environment:

    Wide variations in environmental temperature (non-temperature-controlled DC), noise, and moving equipment.

    This is an non-exempt position, some weekend work is required.
