    CJ Pony Parts is Hiring for Operations Supervisor Position!

    CJ Pony Parts is seeking an Operations Supervisor to work alongside our Operations Manager and oversee a team of approximately 15-20 outbound employees. As a successful supervisor, you'll lead by example in areas such as professional communication, work ethic, and attention to detail. This hands-on role will often have you working directly with your team to ensure efficiency and quality.

    Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm with occasional weekend and evening support.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain warehouse operational standards by implementing and monitoring daily production and quality metrics.
    • Train, supervise, and assess the performance of warehouse staff.
    • Communicate expectations and provide guidance to employees.
    • Address policy violations through counseling and corrective actions.
    • Estimate employee hour requirements and monitor production schedules.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy.
    • Operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
    • Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment for safety and functionality.
    • Keep work areas clean and orderly, following safety protocols.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned.

    Experience:

    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
    • Experience: Preferably 2 years of leadership experience with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
    • Skills: Basic reading and comprehension abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Knowledge and Licenses: Familiarity with forklift and other warehouse equipment.
