- Assist Manufacturing in the coordination and maintenance of product line workstations for each product.
- Maintain floor replenishments as needed to ensure production efficiency.
- Assist Manufacturing and Purchasing with tracking materials and shortages based on production schedules and work orders on the production floor, from start to finish.
- Take ownership of shortages from beginning to end.
- Responsible for maintaining shortage reporting.
- Responsible for delivering shortages to the floor as soon as the product arrives.
- Track all work order discrepancies and provide resolutions.
- Responsible for tracking and investigating all material being returned from work orders.
- Provide backup work order support.
- Perform random inventory audits.
- Research inventory discrepancies.
- Complete physical inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain and track VMI consignment inventory through MRP and complete Pronto transactions.
- Responsible for the disposition of RMA (blue tag) non-conforming items.
- Follow established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement practices, safety policies, and promote workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and maintain department files of shipments in and out.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail, meticulous record-keeping, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to pay very close attention to detail and immediately notice any discrepancies regarding inventory.
- Experience with production flows.
- Demonstrates the ability to solve problems individually and quickly.
- Must be able to communicate well with others in order to implement inventory control plans.

Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The position is primarily responsible for the following duties: maintaining the status of work orders on the production floor for both the flavoring line and teardown and creating all sub-work orders. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for communicating, tracking, and delivering shortages to the production floor and stakeholders, as well as investigating work order discrepancies. Ensure material returned from work orders is stocked and that Pronto transactions are completed. Provide timely communication to all relevant departments.
You will be responsible for planning materials in line with our MRP system requirements. In this role, the individual will monitor and track top-running items across all necessary warehouses to ensure forecasting system models are maintained using data gathered from the MRP system, as well as other sources (e.g., customer, service, and supplier data). Gather and share appropriate information, ensuring targets are met and procedures are always followed.
