    The role of IT Infrastructure Manager involves spearheading the development, implementation, and supervision of the IT & cybersecurity infrastructure. This position, under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager, entails close collaboration with technical, administrative, and legal teams, as well as coordination with various departments in both Jinko US and HQ in China.

    Responsibilities:

    • NIST Compliance:
    • Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with NIST protocols.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to maintain compliance.
    • Collaborate with teams internally and externally to address security concerns.

      Cybersecurity:

    • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures.
    • Respond to security incidents promptly and prevent future occurrences.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging threats.

      SAP and Salesforce Integration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of systems.
    • Facilitate communication and data flow between SAP, Salesforce, and other platforms.
    • Resolve integration issues in coordination with stakeholders.

      Desktop Support:

    • Provide essential desktop support to end-users.
    • Maintain standardized desktop configurations and software deployments.
    • Conduct user training programs to enhance IT literacy.

      Infrastructure Development:

    • Design and implement scalable IT solutions.
    • Recommend new technologies for enhanced efficiency and security.
    • Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with NIST compliance focus.
    • Expertise in cybersecurity principles and technologies.
    • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce administration and integration.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
    • Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
    • Familiarity with ITIL framework and cybersecurity cooperation with US government agencies.
    • Strong management capabilities.
