    Sales Representative Outside

    Eagle Systems, Inc. – Western New York

    The advent of industry changing environmentally sustainable technologies and demand for managed print services require addition of entry level sales representatives to our flagship Buffalo and Jamestown branch office locations.

    Award winning 32 year old locally owned office technology integrator of state of the art hardware and software, Eagle Systems provides authorized sales & service for Toshiba, Sharp, Brother and other high profile manufacturers.

    Offerings include environmentally sustainable printers and multi-functional products, interactive white boards, high volume production scanners, barcode printers, next generation IoT conference room environmental systems, digital cloud faxing, and document routing, document conversion, data extraction, print efficiency and work flow automation software.

    We are seeking candidates with sales, customer service, marketing or telemarketing experience along with basic knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and power point. Familiarity with social media and marketing a plus.

    Duties comprise...

    • Targeting and contact of customers and prospects
    • Setting appointments
    • Data entry daily into CRM program
    • Assessment of customer needs
    • Creation and presentation of proposals
    • Negotiation of terms of sale
    • Demonstration of hardware & software
    • Resolution of customer concerns.
    • Maintain knowledge of current products, industry trends and competitors.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree; Bachelors degree preferred.
    • 2 years experience in sales, customer service, marketing or telemarketing or combination thereof.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

    A desire to pursue social & business networking, community involvement or volunteering helpful.

    Initial immersive sales and full product training provided. Subsequent training provided online, through web-seminars, manufacturer portals and by in-person product specialists.

    Base salary + commission + bonus programs to start. $45-$85K realistic first year potential.
