    Customer Service AssociateJob Details:
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday between 9AM-5PM and every 3rd Saturday of the month from 8:30AM-12PM for company meetings.
    • Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
    • Contract to Hire Role.
    Customer Service Associate Description:
    • Answer a high volume of inbound calls, up to 200 per day, from New York residents regarding turnpike violations.
    • Update database with residents' information to record transactions.
    • Schedule follow up appointments.
    Customer Service AssociateRequirements:
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 2 years of related call center experience.
    • Experience with excel is preferred.
