- Provide leadership and support for the clinical phase team in the provision of an exceptional educational experience to students within the clinical phase of the program.
- Provide leadership and management of the program's development, ongoing evolution, and implementation of a comprehensive assessment program for students enrolled in the clinical phase of the program.
- Assist with the acquisition and maintenance of professional relationships with affiliated medical facilities and providers to ensure our program has an adequate inventory of clinical rotation sites that provide quality clinical experiences for PA program students.
- Assist with the supervision of clinical site activities, including student - site schedules, clinical site development, and preceptor compliance with PA program's published standards.
- Facilitate the delivery of program expectations and standards to clinical sites and preceptors prior to the initiation of affiliation and/or preceptor agreements.
- Assist with instructing and assessing both didactic and clinical phase students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the program's comprehensive Formative OSCEs Assessments and Summative OSCEs Assessments process.
- Manage the provision of advising and mentoring of PA students assigned to the clinical phase of the program.
- Assist in the review process of the program's overall curriculum to ensure compliance with current ARC-PA Standards and that it aligns with current clinical practice standards as they relate to the provision of patient care.
- Under the direction of the Program Director serve as a liaison for the program in interactions and correspondences with other departments within TNU and outside agencies.
- Participate in the Program's continuous Self-Assessment Process and efforts required for the maintenance of the program's ARC-PA accreditation.
- Participate in University functions and support programs as requested by university leadership.
- Actively serve on program and university committees, and participate in local, state and national professional activities and organizations.

- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or equivalent health care experience
- Current NCCPA certification or equivalent health care certification
- Hold or be eligible for TN licensure

The Trevecca Nazarene University PA Program has a rich history of being the first and longest-tenured program in Tennessee, offering all new on-campus facilities and clinical experiences in diverse settings.
The PA Program is 27 months in duration and matriculates each May with a maximum class size of 50 students.
The mission of our Program is to prepare professionally competent physician assistants who will use their skills to serve their communities in compassionate ministry.
Our Program values experiential differences, diversity, service-mindedness, empathy, and determination.Our foundation is built on leadership and service, and we hold professionalism, integrity, equanimity, humility, and capacity for growth in the highest regard.

Overview of Position
Provide exceptional leadership and vision for the faculty and staff members that make up the program's clinical team and report to the Program Director.
The Clinical Director's responsibilities will include assisting the Program Director and clinical team with managing the logistical demands of the PA program within its clinical phase operation.
