About Abbey Zillweger:

I am currently in my clinical year of physician assistant school, which encompasses completing 8 different 6-week rotations. I am currently on my last rotation and will graduate in August 2021. I am passionate about preventative medicine, patient education and providing healthcare in underserved areas. I look forward to incorporating integrative/functional medicine into my practice as a PA and am eager to join other healthcare professionals in providing excellent care. 

Experience

Student Clinical Experience: Completed 8 different 6 week long rotations including Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Behavioral Health, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Women's Health. 

Medical Scribe: 2 years in three different Emergency Rooms and 1 year in a Nonprofit Family Practice.

Graduate Degree: Masters of Science in Medicine, Physician Assistant Program at Trevecca Nazarene University (Graduating 6 August 2021)

Bachelors Degree: Bachelor of Science from Biola University (Graduated May 2017)
