    Easy Street Capital is a private real estate lender headquartered in Austin, Texas serving real estate investors around the country.

    Defined by an experienced team and innovative loan programs, Easy Street Capital is the ideal financing partner for real estate investors of all experience levels and specialties.

    Whether an investor is fixing and flipping, financing a cash-flowing rental, or building ground-up, we have a solution to fit those needs.

    Responsibilities will be focused on creating, developing, and leading an all-encompassing marketing and sales platform.

    This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take the next step in their career and lead a marketing department.

    The person in this role will have the ability to create a cohesive marketing strategy in the way they see fit and will have the autonomy to put their thumbprint on one of the leading companies in a quickly growing industry.

    Collaborate with ownership to develop and implement goal-oriented campaigns - email, social media, PPC, phone etc.
    Manage and create processes in CRM to monitor success of marketing efforts and generate qualitative reporting.
    Manage and produce online content for website, blog, and manage overall digital presence to maximize SEO and conversion rates.
    Create reporting and metrics to track success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to ownership for optimization and expansion.
    Proactively develop Easy Street Capital as the leading brand for private money lending nationally.

    PPC experience (required)
    Marketing experience (required)
    Hard money experience (preferred)
    Hubspot experience (preferred)
