    General Position Summary

    Variety of administrative, data entry, and customer service tasks assisting the corporate team at AlffCo.

    This role will greet visitors, clients, vendors, and colleagues in a friendly and outgoing manner. This role will be responsible for proofreading, basic knowledge and understanding of office equipment, clerical procedures, and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. Also, this role will work independently, identify and solve problems, organize and prioritize work and be able to work in a professional office setting.

    Travel (% of work period)

    Occasional for meetings, conferences, etc.

    Job Functions

    · Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

    · Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for management

    · Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

    · Update and review databases and records upon request

    · Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

    · Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

    · Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

    · Answers phone calls and emails

    · Performs data entry and administrative tasks for accounting, human resources, and operations departments

    · Coordinates shipping, mailings, meetings, and other correspondence

    · Manages and sources office supplies and equipment

    · Performs other related duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. Ability to type at least 50 WPM
    2. Schedule: Full-time. Monday – Friday. 8:00am – 4:30pm. On-site. Not a remote position.

    Computer Skills: Quick learning ability for new database programs, proficient navigation of communication platforms (such as ADP, Excel, Word and SharePoint, etc.), and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs

    Desired Qualifications

    • High school graduate/GED
    • 4+ years of clerical work experience
