- Prepares and serves all food products as needed, insuring proper plate presentation
- Transports food from preparation area to cafeteria for timely set-up
- Maintains coolers, salad bars, steam table milk machine, coffee machine and tables at acceptable levels of sanitation and organization at all times
- Stocks dishware, silverware, cups, condiments and other items as needed
- Checks and maintains coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity and quality of food products
- Requisitions food with necessary approvals according to policy
- Takes proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils and other equipment

- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of proper food handling

- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of the hotel
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds;.

- Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members and guests;
- Ability to retain and give general hotel information;
- Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction;
- Ability to stand and exert well paced mobility for an eight (8) hour shift;
