    Job Description:

    As a Marketing Specialist at Initial Communications, you will play a key role in driving our clients' success through the implementation of cutting-edge marketing strategies.

    You will collaborate closely with our talented team to develop and execute campaigns that effectively promote our clients' brands, products, and services.


    Salary range:
    $50,000 - $70,000 per year Job: Full timeOn site jobKey Responsibilities

    Campaign Development:
    Work closely with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audience

    Content Creation:
    Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials

    Digital Marketing:
    Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.


    Market Research:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within clients' industries. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and recommendations.


    Client Management:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, presenting campaign results, and addressing any questions or concerns

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing analysts, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

    Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
