- Responsible for marine structure projects and other port-related projects of varying complexity.
- Develops project work plans and ensures their execution through oversight and management of the project team.
- Engages in the development of a design through analysis, design, drawings, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
- Prepares and revises documentation through various project phases, including site plans, sections, diagrams, and details.
- Leads project coordination meetings with internal team members, external consultants, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Serves as a primary point of contact with project owners/clients.
- Participates in client project requirement meetings, value analysis, and cost estimating.
- Leads the preparation and coordination of project specifications with construction documents.
- Participates in constructability reviews.
- Actively engages with internal and external clients for business development.
- Coordinates work with other disciplines.
- Assists in preparing proposals, design work cost estimates, and project schedules.
- Bachelor's degree in civil/structural/marine engineering or related field
- 5 -10 years of experience in civil/structural/marine engineering
- Capable of working on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
