- Manage and oversee asset data to ensure its accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various systems, including IBM Maximo versions 7.6, 8.4, and 8.5.
- Plan, schedule, and forecast predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance works, aligning with the asset management processes.
- Coordinate and manage data delivery from maintenance, capital, and operating projects to support the Asset Management Program.
- Develop maintenance schedules and controls, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance practices.
- Implement and manage modifications to asset management procedures and reporting systems, enhancing operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance teams and project managers to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards, ensuring minimal disruption to port operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in asset management, maintenance management, or infrastructure management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar asset management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholder engagements.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed across Port Authority facilities.
- This position requires on-site presence at the Port Department and may involve travel to various Port Authority locations as needed.
- Standard work hours with flexibility to accommodate operational needs and holidays as per state regulations.
