- Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that addresses all facets of the IT PPM tool implementation, including communication, training, and user support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization to foster buy-in and support for the new tool. Develop a stakeholder management plan to address concerns, expectations, and feedback.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups within the organization to ensure effective use of the IT PPM tool. Monitor training outcomes to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Communication: Lead the development of communication strategies and materials to promote awareness and benefits of the IT PPM tool, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.
- Adoption and Usage Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure adoption rates, user satisfaction, and the business impact of the IT PPM tool. Use data-driven insights to guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Change Advocacy: Act as a champion for the change, encouraging and motivating the organization to embrace the new tool. Address resistance and foster a positive change environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, project management offices (PMO), and business units to ensure the tool aligns with organizational needs and project management best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements and adjustments to both the tool and the change management strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Change Management, or related field.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in leading change management initiatives, specifically related to IT systems or tools within large organizations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
