- Join a group of associates in a Customer Service role and spend the initial six months training to become a Financial Customer Associate. During this period, you will handle basic customer calls and progress to more complex calls and/or digital channels (e.g. email, live chat, etc.) relating to our clients' 401K plans.
- In the following months, continue assisting customers through various channels to refine and develop your skills. You will have time during the day (apart from phone duties) to participate in team activities, receive wellness support, and career guidance. There is also an opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses based on Career Path.
- Onboarding & Experiential Learning: Training in a leading program will equip you with the necessary skills to engage with customers, while enrichment activities will further develop your capabilities.
- Rewards & Recognition: Your accomplishments will be acknowledged as you progress through the program.
- Career Coaching: A Career Coach will guide you in exploring the various career paths at Fidelity, identifying a suitable path aligned with your interests, passions, and strengths, and devising a plan for your growth.
- This is a full-time hourly contact center role with opportunities for additional hours based on business requirements and your availability. A financial background or degree is not necessary for success in this role.

- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in different work environments (e.g., balancing office and remote work, overtime, etc.)

- Capability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test
