    In this Customer Service role, you will assist customers in feeling more confident, making informed decisions, and reaching their financial goals. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries about account balances, facilitating withdrawals, transferring funds, and providing resources.   We are dedicated to investing in your growth by enhancing your skills, experiences, and networks to advance your career at Fidelity.

    The Customer Service position is akin to Entry Level Customer Service, Contact Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, and Customer Support Representative roles.
     

    How it operates …

    • Join a group of associates in a Customer Service role and spend the initial six months training to become a Financial Customer Associate.  During this period, you will handle basic customer calls and progress to more complex calls and/or digital channels (e.g. email, live chat, etc.) relating to our clients' 401K plans.
    • In the following months, continue assisting customers through various channels to refine and develop your skills. You will have time during the day (apart from phone duties) to participate in team activities, receive wellness support, and career guidance.   There is also an opportunity to obtain your FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses based on Career Path.

    • Ability to build rapport and relationships through effective communication
    • Listening and empathy skills to support the needs of our diverse customer base
    • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in different work environments (e.g., balancing office and remote work, overtime, etc.)
    • Handling various situations and conversations to reach mutually acceptable resolutions
    • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills who brings enthusiasm and dedication to the team
    • Capability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar test

    • Delivering exceptional customer service and communication through voice or digital platforms

    Shifts and Hours:  Monday to Friday.   Training hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm MST, and post-training, you must be willing to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 10:00 pm MST
