    • Compliance & Risk Associate As an R1 Launch Associate specializing in Compliance & Risk, you will review company policies affecting compliance and advise management on possible risks.
    ?? The R1 Launch Program cares about investing in the next generation of leaders.

    Through this program, we are preparing our R1 Launch Associates to enter the industry with the tools to succeed and advance at R1 focusing on making healthcare simpler.

    The intent of these rotations is to provide you with broader exposure to the various roles has available so that you can better understand where your skills and interests align, and ultimately support a final placement in a permanent role.?? You will be exposed to various business functions, cutting edge technologies, business processes, data analytics, and cross-functional operational platforms.


    • Rotations May Include:
    + Integrity & Compliance Program Operations + Hotline Investigations & Case Management + Integrity & Ethics Programming + Environmental/Social/Governance?Initiatives +

    Compliance Communications Program Start Date:

    August 2024 Our 12-month rotational program will provide unique experiences that will allow you to explore, connect, and thrive in your career.

    Through program rotations, you will interact with leaders across the company, collaborate on projects, and acquire an understanding of the complex facets of policies and risk within the healthcare field.


    Required Qualifications:
    + Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement + Permanent US work authorization + Previous professional experience through internships, and/or on/off campus jobs + Analytical Skills
    • Proficient in Excel For this US based position, the base pay range is $50, $74,184.
    00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
